Come and join me for a weekend of gentle yoga, guided mindfulness and silent practice at the amazing Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery, Dumfries, Scotland
Friday 5pm to Sunday 3.15pm  
Tuition cost is £120.   
Accommodation is £180.  We all have a single superior retreat room for two nights which includes all meals.
​It's a unique experience.  The above pictures show the Temple and a previous group sharing a weekend with me. 
Gentle Yoga classes: 5 mixed ability classes
Mindfulness sessions: 4 group session
Periods of Silence: 2 group sessions (optional)
