After an initial consultation, classes will be tailored to suit your individual needs. Tailoring the pace, content focus and dynamic of each class. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, fancy a challenging or more restorative class the sessions are geared towards your overall wellbeing and personal motivation.
Convenient
Classes are scheduled to suit your personal timetable and can be booked as a one-off class or as part of a regular programme.
Private yoga classes may also be of particular interest to students' with specific requirements including stress relief, tension headaches, difficulty sleeping or as complimentary therapy.
Honouring traditional methods of teaching yoga and developing safe practice, each class features sequences of postures (Asana), specific breathing practices (Pranayama) and relaxation techniques to realign, recharge, balance and invigorate the mind and the body. All with the additional benefit of having your own personal yoga teacher for greater attention to alignment and adjustments.
